This policy explains how KNK Consulting LLC, operating as KNK Outbound ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or work with us. We keep this deliberately plain. If anything here is unclear, email us at [email protected] and we will explain it properly.
1. Information we collect
We collect three categories of information, and no more than we need:
- Voluntary contact data. Names, email addresses and company details you submit through inquiries, forms or direct messages.
- Calendar booking information. Your timezone and meeting preferences when you schedule a call with us through Calendly.
- Server logs. IP addresses, browser data and referral URLs, collected automatically for security and to keep the site running properly.
2. How we use your data
We process personal data exclusively to:
- respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- schedule and manage meetings;
- deliver the services we have contracted to provide;
- maintain the security and integrity of our website;
- satisfy our legal and regulatory obligations.
3. How we share your data
We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate, and only to the extent required:
- Google Workspace for email and communication;
- Calendly for meeting scheduling;
- Cloudflare for website hosting and security.
4. International transfers
Our data processing takes place primarily in the United States. Where personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses to protect that transfer in line with applicable law.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data for up to 24 months after our last substantive interaction with you, unless a longer retention period is required to meet a legal obligation. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data;
- request portability of your data;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
7. Security & cookies
We employ reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so we cannot offer an absolute guarantee. We do not use marketing cookies or behavioral tracking on this site.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here, so it is worth checking back occasionally.
