The GTM stack we operate every day
A lead generation agency for Germany has to get three things right: native German outreach, the stricter DACH rules for advertising email, and a buying culture that rewards precision over volume. KNK Outbound runs done-for-you outbound into Germany, Austria and Switzerland for B2B companies at home and abroad: researched target accounts, LinkedIn and email outreach written by native speakers, every reply handled, interested prospects called, meetings booked into your calendar. From EUR 3,300 a month, all-inclusive.
US-style volume, English copy and aggressive follow-ups backfire in DACH. The market is large and under-prospected, if you approach it the German way.
We work through your market, handle every reply, call everyone interested and book the conversations.

No black box. Here's exactly what we do, and what lands in your hands, week by week.
We align on who to target, build your lists, write your messaging and set up domains and mailboxes. By the end of week two everything is live, with one shared dashboard so you see every send, reply and meeting.
Your first campaigns go live on cold email and LinkedIn. We handle every reply, call everyone who is interested and book the first meetings into your calendar. Ads and content run alongside where it makes sense, warming the same accounts.
By now we know which angles get replies. We scale them, expand your lists and keep calling interested leads quickly, so more conversations turn into booked meetings.
Focus shifts from testing to repeatability. The plays that work become your documented playbook, volume grows behind them, and qualified meetings keep landing in your calendar without extra work on your side.
Most teams weigh three options. Here is how the same goal plays out across each one.

Germany, Austria and Switzerland form Europe's largest German-speaking B2B market: more than 100 million people, a dense Mittelstand of family-owned industrial and technology companies, and buyers who are prospected far less aggressively than their US counterparts. For companies that sell software, services or industrial products, DACH is often the most valuable market in Europe after their home market.
The rules are different. In Germany, advertising email without prior consent counts as an unreasonable nuisance under the UWG, even in B2B, while phone outreach to businesses can rely on presumed consent. Austria is stricter still, and Switzerland has its own revDSG and UWG. We plan every campaign around this frame: LinkedIn carries more weight, email is used where the legal basis holds, and interested prospects get a call. This is how we set up campaigns, not legal advice.
The buying culture is different too. German buyers want substance before they want a meeting: a concrete reason for the message, a credible sender and no hype. Form matters, from the formal Sie to correct titles. Our copy is written natively for each country, which is the single biggest difference between campaigns that get replies and campaigns that get filtered out.
Technically, DACH inboxes are mostly Microsoft 365. Our own study of 23,488 company domains found Microsoft 365 behind 63.2% of them, and only 41.7% of these companies enforce DMARC themselves. For senders that means clean authentication is not optional: we set up dedicated domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC before launch, so campaigns land in the inbox and your main domain stays protected.
Germany is stricter than the US or UK: under the UWG, advertising email without prior consent counts as an unreasonable nuisance, even between businesses. Phone outreach to businesses can rely on presumed consent. That is why we check the legal basis of every DACH campaign before launch, lean on LinkedIn and calls where email is restricted, and never copy US playbooks across. This is not legal advice.
Yes. Every message into Germany, Austria and Switzerland is written natively in German, with the right form of address (Sie, not du), country conventions (no Eszett in Switzerland) and a tone that fits a market that dislikes hype. English outreach is possible for international teams inside DACH companies.
That is one of our core cases. We define the German ICP with you, build the account list from German data sources, run outreach in German, handle replies and calls, and hand over booked meetings with context, so your team only joins the conversations.
